I want you to know, that I’m happy for you
I wish nothing but the best for you both
    An older version of me
    Is she perverted like me
Would she go down on you in a theatre
    Does she speak eloquently
And would she have your baby
I’m sure she’d make a really excellent mother

’cause the love that you gave that we made wasn’t able
To make it enough for you to be open wide, no
And every time you speak her name
Does she know how you told me you’d hold me
Until you died, till you died
    But you’re still alive

And I’m here to remind you
Of the mess you left when you went away
It’s not fair to deny me
Of the cross I bear that you gave to me
    You, you, you oughta know

You seem very well, things look peaceful
I’m not quite as well, I thought you should know
Did you forget about me Mr. Duplicity
I hate to bug you in the middle of dinner
It was a slap in the face how quickly I was replaced
Are you thinking of me when you fuck her?

’cause the love that you gave that we made wasn’t able
To make it enough for you to be open wide, no
And every time you speak her name
Does she know how you told me you’d hold me
Until you died, til you died
    But you’re still alive

And I’m here to remind you
Of the mess you left when you went away
It’s not fair to deny me
Of the cross I bear that you gave to me
    You, you, you oughta know

’cause the joke that you laid on the bed that was me
    And I’m not gonna fade
As soon as you close your eyes and you know it
And every time I scratch my nails down someone else’s back
I hope you feel it…well can you feel it

Well, I’m here to remind you
Of the mess you left when you went away
It’s not fair to deny me

      Hinder – Better Than Me

I think you can do much better than me
After all the lies that I made you believe
Guilt kicks in and I start to see
      The edge of the bed
Where your nightgown used to be
      I told myself I won’t miss you
      But I remember
What it feels like beside you
I really miss your hair in my face
And the way your innocence tastes
And I think you should know this
You deserve much better than me

While looking through your old box of notes
I found those pictures I took
      That you were looking for
If there’s one memory I don’t want to lose
      That time at the mall
You and me in the dressing room
      I told myself I won’t miss you
      But I remember
What it feels like beside you
I really miss your hair in my face
And the way your innocence tastes
And I think you should know this
You deserve much better than me

The bed I’m lying in is getting colder
      Wish I never would’ve said it’s over
      And I can’t pretend… I won’t think about you when I’m older
Cause we never really had our closure
      This can’t be the end
I really miss your hair in my face
And the way your innocence tastes
And I think you should know this
You deserve much better than me
I really miss your hair in my face
And the way your innocence tastes
And I think you should know this
You deserve much better than me
(And I think you should know this)
(You deserve much better than me)

The sessions for The Joshua Tree was actually were in 1986 and U2 in the Georgian Mansion House, Dublin Danesmoate registration in August. The group tries to take the song in a different direction, “fuck it up”, even if Bono hesitated. Under the leadership of co-producers Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois, The Edge’s guitar pursued more ambient light, turned the volume Clayton, and Mullen was experimenting with a drum machine better. Despite the work they put in the way in which the left hand because the band had chosen to be to reach an agreement.

The prototype includes a full installation and recalls how The Edge “, a thread was out of place and you might get a belt of poor performance. This device would also include the basic standards. “ In preparing the subsequent journeys, his guitar technique took occasional electric shock from the instrument for the exhibition.
Listening to the interpretation of “With or Without You” in the control room, Bono, and Friday the lasting impact that the limit in order to create with the Infinite guitar in the other room was. The combination of guitar-based music played with the audience impressed. According to Lanois, “I said, ‘That sounded pretty cool,” we have heard again and I said,’ Jesus is better than I thought. ”The Edge once a guitar recorded in two takes forever. The tape recording of the song is still one of the sessions of the album” when turning points in the concern that has been made of ideas.
Bono wrote the lyrics as they fight to his duties as a married man and a line musician. His desire, in relation to a musical journey often act against his domestic life. If you write the text, he found that neither aspect of his life defines him, but the tension between the two. He explains, “den” that the last poem, and to suppress because only become stronger.

              One Time
              Oooo, yeah, Oooooooo
              We could sail away
              Or catch a freight train
Or a rocketship into outer space
              Nothin’ left to do
              Too many things were said
              To ever make it feel
              Like yesterday did

              Seasons must change
              Separate paths, separate ways
If we blame it on anything
Let’s blame it on the rain

              I knew it all along
I’d have to write this song
Too young to fall in love
Guess we knew it all along

              That’s alright, that’s okay
We were walkin’ through some youth
              Smilin’ through the pain
              That’s alright, that’s okay
              Let’s turn the page

              My friends called today
              Down from L.A.
They were shooting pool all night
              Sleeping half of the day
              They said I could crash
If I could find my own way
I told them you were leaving
On a bus to go away

              That’s alright, that’s okay
We were two kids in love
              Trying to find our way
              That’s alright, that’s okay
Held our dreams in our hands
              Let our minds run away
              That’s alright, now that’s okay
We were walkin’ through some youth
              Smilin’ through the pain
That’s alright, let’s turn the page
And remember what I say girl
              And it goes this way

              Girl, don’t go away mad

We Can Work It Out by The Beatles

We Can Work It Out is a song by the Beatles, Paul McCartney and John Lennon wrote. It was as ”double A-side” with the single “Day Tripper”, the first time, both sides have the same first version was approved. Both songs were recorded during the Rubber Soul sessions.
The song is an example of Lennon / McCartney collaboration at a depth that happened only rarely after writing the hit of the ’year 1963. This song, ”A Day in the Life”, ”Baby, you’re a rich man” and “I Feel”, are among the exceptions.
McCartney wrote the words and music for the verses and the chorus, with a text that “it was personal,” presumably a referenceto his relationship with Jane Asher. McCartney then took the songto Lennon: ”I have John to finish it, and we wrote to the center, which is nice.” Life is very short, there is no time for fussing andfighting, my friend .. ”Then there’s George Harrison, said that the idea of a waltz in the middle, like a German waltz. It ‘happened at the meeting, Wason of these cases, the provision at the meeting.”
With its intimations of mortality, Lennon’s contribution to thetwelve-bar bridge contrasts typically with what Lennon saw McCartney’scajoling optimism, a difference of a few othercollaborations, like ”Getting Better” and “I saw the on. “How Lennontold Playboy in 1980:

“In We Can Work It Out, Paul did the first half, I did the middle eight. But you’ve got Paul writing, ‘We can work it out / We can work it out’—real optimistic, y’know, and me, impatient: ‘Life is very short, and there’s no time / For fussing and fighting, my friend.’”

Based on these observations, some critics about the optimism of McCartney said, written, neglecting the resistance of McCartney’s songs, like “I’m talking about, until I can no longer continue.” A half focus moves from the concrete reality of Lennon McCartney minor for a philosophical perspective in B, illustrates this with a waltz-time, part of George Harrison that leads back to the verse suggests, may not be able to fight the annoying.
Music critic Ian MacDonald said. ”[Lennon's] passages as suited his Salvation Army harmonium, it is difficult to imagine that they are not on foot swell more and more, he adds, the verses are, however, the lava has registered structural study, the first of its kind on a Beatles Albums and directions to the enriched sound-palette of Revolver. ”
The Beatles recorded “We Can Work It Out,” October 20, 1965, four days after the appropriate track with only one overdub session on October 29. They spent almost 11 hours on the song, by far the longest expenditure of studio time up to this point.
In a discussion of what to publish the song as a single, Lennon argued “strong” to “Day Tripper”, different from the majority that “We Work Out” was a commercial song.As this was marketed as a single request, the first “ double A-side “but airplay and point of sale just proved more popular than the” We Can Work It Out “and reached number one on both sides of the Atlantic, best-selling Beatles’ rapidly because of the single,” Can Do not Love Me, “their previous McCartney-led A-side to buy in the United Kingdom.
“We Work Out” was the last of six number one singles in a row in the American charts, a record at that time. E ‘state of “I Feel Fine”, “Eight Days a Week” “Ticket to Ride Ahead,” “Help!” And “Yesterday”. The records of The Bee Gees in 1970 and passed by Whitney Houston in 1980.

Try to see it my way,
Do I have to keep on talking till I can’t go on?
While you see it your way,
Run the risk of knowing that our love may soon be gone.

                  Chorus:

                  We can work it out,
                  We can work it out.

                  Verse #2
                  Think of what you’re saying.
You can get it wrong and still you think that it’s all right.
                  Think of what I’m saying,
We can work it out and get it straight, or say good night.

                  Chorus:
                  We can work it out,
                  We can work it out.

                  Bridge:
Life is very short, and there’s no time
For fussing and fighting, my friend.
I have always thought that it’s a crime,
So I will ask you once again.

                  Verse #3
Try to see it my way,
Only time will tell if I am right or I am wrong.
While you see it your way
There’s a chance that we might fall apart before too long.

                  Chorus:
                  We can work it out,
                  We can work it out.

                  Bridge:
Life is very short, and there’s no time
For fussing and fighting, my friend.
I have always thought that it’s a crime,
So I will ask you once again.

                  Verse #4
Try to see it my way,
Only time will tell if I am right or I am wrong.
While you see it your way
There’s a chance that we might fall apart before too long.
